The City of Hermiston currently owns property in an existing Office Park with approximately 3
acres zoned C-2 available for construction of a professional office space. In addition the City
has approximately 46 acres zoned M-1 light industrial available in the Hermiston Airport
Industrial
Park.
In addition to these City-owned properties, the City has worked with private
property owners to identify appropriately located and zoned property that is available for
immediate sale and development. This property includes existing lots with utilities available in smaller lot sizes of 1 to 6 acres. |
