Obtain site plan approval from planning department and submit approval, application for building permit and all building plans to Hermiston building department |
| Evaluation: |
Plans are reviewed and corrected per criteria in the Uniform Building Code. Noted plans are returned for corrections. Once all corrections have been made, a building permit may be issued. |

Building plan reviews generally take 2 to 4 weeks. |

Building permit fees are adopted by the city council. Permit and plan review fees are based on the type of building construction and valuation per square foot of the building. |
